La Comunidad del barrio Villa Andrea, no aguant\u00f3 m\u00e1s y decidi\u00f3 colocar trapos rojos esperando ayudas<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

En las \u00faltimas horas, los vecinos de este deprimido sector de la Localidad, instalaron trapos y bayetillas rojas en sus ventanas para llamar la atenci\u00f3n de la precaria situaci\u00f3n que est\u00e1n viviendo.<\/p>\n
